Do I need to be a PayLocker customer to get in touch?
No. Our team is happy to talk with anyone involved in a construction project — builders, developers, homeowners, contractors, suppliers, financiers and industry partners. There is no cost and no obligation to speak with us.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your enquiry is directed to the right person for your role, and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible during business hours. We'll take the time to understand your project before suggesting anything.
Can I book a demonstration of the platform?
Yes. Select “Book a demonstration” as your enquiry type and we'll arrange a personalised walkthrough of how PayLocker works on a project like yours.
I'm a homeowner. Should I contact you, or should my builder?
Homeowners are very welcome to contact us. Because a project is set up by the party managing the build, many homeowners also raise PayLocker with their builder. We're happy to explain how it works to either of you — or to both of you together.
What should I include in my message?
A short outline of your role, the type and stage of your project, and the payment challenge you're trying to solve. That context lets us give you a useful answer in the first conversation rather than the third.
