We are looking for highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Representatives to help drive growth, acquire new clients, and introduce PayLocker to the market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales environment and is passionate about helping businesses and individuals protect their financial interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients across the construction industry, including Consumers, builders, contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into new clients while expanding PayLocker’s customer base.
  • Client Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting PayLocker’s unique features and benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support throughout the process.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales progress within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Market Feedback: Gather feedback from potential clients to share with the marketing and product teams, helping to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall company revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact to post-sale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, technology, or fintech industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients at various levels of an organization, from small businesses to enterprise-level accounts.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales goals and contributing to business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the product and its value proposition.
  • Knowledge or experience in the construction industry is a plus.
